Toronto Firm Seeks to Transform Shelton Hotel into Residential Apartments

A Toronto-based real estate investment firm has announced plans to convert the Residence Inn in Shelton into 96 residential apartments. The proposal, submitted to the city, aims to repurpose the existing hotel structure to meet the growing demand for housing in the area.
Bluevale Capital, the firm behind this initiative, believes that transforming the hotel into apartments will not only provide much-needed living space but also enhance the local community.
