TAP Real Estate's MyHomeCloud turns home records into a digital system

TAP Real Estate has launched MyHomeCloud, a platform that converts paper home records into a searchable digital system. The service targets homeowners who struggle to keep track of warranties, repair receipts, appliance manuals, and property tax documents. Instead of stuffing these papers into a drawer or a binder, users upload them to a secure online account where the system organizes everything by category.

MyHomeCloud now includes AI-powered document tools that can scan and label files automatically. The platform also generates property reports, which summarize a home's maintenance history and major upgrades. These reports could be useful when selling a house, as buyers often ask for proof of recent work. In addition, the service links to local contractors and service providers, making it easier to find a plumber or electrician when something breaks.

Subscription plans start at $3.99 a month. The company says the goal is to give homeowners a single place to manage their property, rather than relying on scattered emails, photos, and paper notes. For now, the service is available in select markets, with plans to expand.
