The real estate firm Related Ross has completed its purchase of the Boca Raton Innovation Campus, a sprawling 124-acre office park that ranks among the largest commercial properties in South Florida. The deal marks a significant step in the company's ongoing effort to expand its holdings across the region.
The campus, widely known as BRIC, carries a notable history. It once served as the headquarters for IBM and is credited as the birthplace of the personal computer. In recent years, the property has been repositioned as a modern workplace hub, attracting technology, healthcare, and financial tenants.
Related Ross has not disclosed the financial terms of the transaction. The company said it plans to build on the campus's existing momentum, focusing on tenant amenities, infrastructure updates, and long-term leasing strategy.
The acquisition adds another high-profile asset to the firm's growing portfolio and signals continued confidence in the demand for large-scale office space in Palm Beach County, even as some markets nationwide face pressure from remote work trends.
