The local real estate market in Hopkinton saw a steady flow of activity during the third week of September, with several significant transactions closing across various neighborhoods. The following sales were recorded by the state and posted over the last week, highlighting the continued demand for residential properties in the area.

The highest value transaction involved a property on Hidden Brick Road, which sold for $1,350,000 on September 18. The sellers, Daniel Tate and Christin Tate, transferred ownership to Sean Daly and Ashlene Daly. In a similar high-end sale, a unit at 26 Waterville Lane, listed as Unit 26SWAT, changed hands for $1,009,000 on the same day. Trails LLC was the seller, and John Penn and Barbara Penn were the buyers.

Activity was also strong for single-family homes. On September 15, a residence at 17 Highcroft Way sold for $770,000. Karen Green sold the property to the Joseph McDonough Trust, Catrina McDonough Trust, and the McDonough Family Trust. Another transaction on that date involved 22 Locust Lane, Unit 40, which fetched $866,000. Amarender Sama and Ramana Malgireddy sold the unit to Swapnil Pawar and Rasika Bhere.

19 Knoll Road sold for $514,900 on September 15. Lee Lariviere and Jordan Lariviere were the sellers, while Jordan Craig and Jacqueline Miller purchased the home. These transactions reflect a diverse range of price points and buyer interests within the Hopkinton community.
