The exclusive Tribeca penthouse featured in the Netflix series "My Unorthodox Life" has found a new owner. The luxurious residence at 70 Vestry, previously owned by former Elite World Group CEO Julia Haart, has sold for a staggering $57 million.
The property, which served as a central backdrop for Haart's reality show documenting her life after leaving an ultra-Orthodox Jewish community, first hit the market in 2022 with an asking price of $65 million. The sale concludes a significant chapter for the high-profile entrepreneur and television personality.
Spanishing the entire 12th floor, the expansive home boasts five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. Its notable features include a dramatic 40-foot-long great room, a sprawling 2,700-square-foot wraparound terrace with panoramic views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline, and a private elevator entrance. The building itself offers a suite of elite amenities, such as a 75-foot indoor pool, a fitness center, and a dedicated children’s playroom.
While the final sale price fell short of the original listing, the transaction solidifies the property's status as one of New York City's most notable and coveted luxury residences. The identity of the new purchaser has not been disclosed to the public.
