FirstTeam Real Estate, an independent brokerage based in California, has partnered with Purlin to bring artificial intelligence into its daily workflows. The company will roll out three of Purlin's core products: PurlinOS, Purlin Close, and Purlin Offer & Negotiate.
The move signals a broader push among mid-sized brokerages to automate tasks that have traditionally relied on manual effort and agent intuition. PurlinOS acts as an operating system that centralizes data and automates routine processes, while Purlin Close focuses on the final stages of a transaction, handling paperwork and compliance checks. The Offer & Negotiate tool uses AI to analyze market conditions and past deals, helping agents craft competitive offers and counteroffers in real time.
For FirstTeam, which operates across multiple counties in Southern California, the goal is to reduce the time agents spend on administrative work. The brokerage says the tools will allow its agents to focus more on client relationships and less on back-office tasks. The partnership also reflects a growing trend in real estate technology, where AI is being used to speed up transactions and reduce human error.
FirstTeam did not disclose the financial terms of the deal or a specific rollout timeline, but confirmed that training for agents has already begun. The brokerage expects to have the systems fully operational by the end of the current quarter.
