Kylie Jenner has quietly reduced the asking price on her Hidden Hills estate, cutting $2.3 million off the tab just over a month after putting it up for sale. The 28-year-old cosmetics mogul originally listed the sprawling property on March 23 for $20.25 million. The new price brings the mansion down to $17.95 million.
Jenner purchased the home eight years ago, back in 2016, when she was still a teenager and early in her rise as a business powerhouse. The estate sits on over an acre of land and includes seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, a home theater, a gym, and a massive pool. It also features a separate guest house and a garage that can hold more than a dozen cars.
The price cut comes as the luxury real estate market in Los Angeles has cooled slightly, with high-end properties often sitting longer than they did during the pandemic boom. Jenner still owns several other properties in the area, including a larger Holmby Hills compound she bought for $36.5 million in 2020. That home, which she shares with her daughter Stormi and son Aire, has undergone extensive renovations.
It is unclear whether the price drop has already drawn serious offers. Jenner's team has not commented on the change.
