This development follows agreements signed on September 23, 2025, and marks a strategic collaboration between emeis and its partners, Farallon Capital and TwentyTwo Real Estate.
Isemia aims to enhance the management and development of healthcare properties across Europe, leveraging a robust investment of €761 million secured from its partners. This funding represents 62% of the last appraised value of the assets under Isemia's management, positioning the company as a key player in the market.
