Citywide Commercial Real Estate hires Troy Giammarco as executive vice president

Citywide Commercial Real Estate has brought on Troy Giammarco as its new executive vice president, a move that strengthens the firm's investment sales and commercial brokerage operations across Arizona and beyond. The appointment signals a push to deepen its presence in key growth corridors while broadening the range of services it offers to institutional and private clients.

Giammarco arrives with more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate, having previously held senior roles focused on large-scale asset dispositions, debt placement, and joint venture structuring. His track record includes work on office, industrial, and mixed-use portfolios, with a particular emphasis on value-add opportunities and repositioning strategies.

In his new position, Giammarco will oversee the expansion of Citywide's investment sales desk, working alongside the existing brokerage team to source off-market deals and streamline the transaction process for sellers and buyers alike. He will also play a central role in recruiting additional talent as the company looks to scale its operations in Phoenix, Tucson, and other fast-growing Sun Belt markets.

Citywide leadership noted that Giammarco's arrival comes at a time when capital is flowing back into secondary and tertiary markets, and his experience navigating complex deals will be critical for clients looking to capitalize on shifting valuations. The firm plans to lean on his network to open new institutional relationships and to better serve local owners who are weighing sales or recapitalizations.

Giammarco said he was drawn to Citywide because of its entrepreneurial culture and its focus on long-term client relationships rather than one-off transactions. He added that he sees significant upside in the current market cycle, especially for well-located assets with strong fundamentals that are currently underpriced.

The hire is effective immediately, and Giammarco will be based out of the firm's Scottsdale office.
