Armah Sports Signs SAR 110.4M Deal with Banan Real Estate for New B_FIT Men's Club in Riyadh

Armah Sports Company has signed a major lease agreement to open a new men's B_FIT branch in the Saudi capital. The 20-year contract, valued at 110.4 million Saudi riyals, was finalized with a subsidiary of Banan Real Estate and covers a location in the Al-Qirawan district of Riyadh.
Under the terms of the deal, Armah will pay an annual rent of 5.52 million riyals. Construction and fit-out work for the new club is slated to finish within the next two years, after which the facility is expected to begin operations. The agreement is part of Armah's broader push to grow its footprint across the Kingdom's expanding fitness and wellness sector.
The new B_FIT club will cater exclusively to men, adding to the company's portfolio of sports and health facilities.
