5W, an AI-focused communications firm, and HL Real Estate Group, a South Florida luxury brokerage founded by Haute Living, have released the Florida Private School AI Study 2026. The report identifies three private schools across the state that demonstrate a clear and institutional commitment to integrating artificial intelligence into their educational frameworks.
The study evaluated schools based on curriculum development, faculty training, infrastructure investment, and strategic planning around AI. Researchers found that while many institutions claim to embrace technology, only a few have embedded AI into their core operations and academic philosophy. The three schools highlighted in the report were chosen for their proactive policies, dedicated AI labs, and partnerships with tech organizations.
According to the findings, these schools are not simply offering elective courses on AI but are restructuring how subjects like math, science, and even humanities are taught. The study also notes a growing trend among Florida families to consider a school's AI readiness as a key factor in enrollment decisions. As the demand for AI literacy rises, the report suggests that schools failing to adapt may lose competitive ground.
The full study provides a detailed look at how each of the three selected schools approaches AI, from early childhood education through high school. It also outlines recommendations for other private institutions looking to develop similar programs. The release of this study comes at a time when education leaders nationwide are grappling with how to responsibly integrate AI into classrooms.
